Thank you for shopping Blended Co.! We carefully prepare and package each order to ensure your pieces arrive safely and beautifully.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates and available delivery options will be calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Blended Co. is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.

Shipping Address
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase. Blended Co. is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will gladly update the address if your order has not yet shipped.

Lost, Stolen or Missing Packages
Once tracking shows that an order has been delivered, Blended Co. cannot be held responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. If your package is delayed or missing in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

Vintage, Repurposed & One-of-a-Kind Pieces
Many of our vintage, repurposed, and one-of-a-kind pieces cannot be replaced with an identical item. We take extra care when packaging these special finds for shipment.

Local Pickup
When local pickup is offered at checkout, customers will receive notification when their order is ready along with pickup instructions. Please wait until you receive confirmation before arriving for pickup.
